System Issue

When the Domus server is down would a courtesy email from Domus be sent in future so that agents know it isn't their own systems that are down!! This email should inform agents of time frames and suggested quick fixes to use in the time the server is out of action.

Hi Elaine,

Thanks for the idea. Just to clarify, the servers weren't down but there was an issue on the network at our hosting company and this slowed the system down a bit. The issue was caused by excess traffic from another part of the network so we're working with the hosting company to make sure it doesn't happen again.
