When making an applicant (sales & lettings) inactive could an email automatically be sent informing them that they will not receive any further emails until further notice and should they require our services again in the future to contact us.
I think this would look very professional as it would inform them that we have carried out their instructions and invite them to contact us again should they require our services in the future.
