How do I setup a standing order?

You can setup a standing order with your bank to pay your monthly subscription. There are two ways to do this.

Setup Online

To setup a standing order online you'll need to first login into your online banking. Then add a standing order using the payment details which you can find in your Domus account:

1. Sign in to your Domus account
2. Go to the Admin tab
3. Look in the Subscription panel for the Standing Order Mandate
4. Open up the mandate and you'll find the payment and bank account details

Your bank will then setup the standing order and your subscription will be paid automatically.

By Post

To setup a standing order by post you can print and sen us a copy of the standing order form,

1. Sign in to your Domus account
2. Go to the Admin tab
3. Look in the Subscription panel for the Standing Order Mandate
4. Print the form, fill it out and post it to us
