How do I see a list of viewings awaiting follow up?

Viewings are automatically marked as awaiting follow up. To see a list of viewings awaiting follow up:

1. Click on the 'Diary' tab
2. Click 'Follow Ups'

You can filter the list to see follow ups assigned to other users.

Once you've recorded the viewing outcome and feedback, the viewing will be removed from the follow ups list.
