How can I restrict access to certain IP addresses?

The first thing you should check is your user list. Go to Admin, Users and check that only the correct people can sign in to the system. If a user has left the company make sure you deactivate their user account.

You can also restrict system access to one or more IP addresses. Go to Admin, IP Address and add the IP addresses from which you want to people to be able to use the system.

It's important to check first with your ISP to make sure that you have a static IP address. If you don't have a static IP address, this feature will not work properly because your IP address will keep changing.

You can also bar certain IP addresses by seelcting the 'Disallow' option when editing an IP Address restriction.
