Domus API

The Domus API allows Domus software to work with your existing website. You can now seamlessly integrate Domus property information by making some minor changes. Domus websites have always been built in this way and we have now made this facility available to external developers and web designers.

Rotate Your Properties on a Digital Screen

We have added a property carousel feature which allows you to rotate your property stock on screens within your office.

We can tailor the carousel to your brand and to any screen size. There's no need for any complicated setup, it works by using the internet browser on an ordinary computer connected to the display.

PDF Details

We have just released the ability for you to have PDF property details. There are two ways to do this:

1. We can design customised details with your branding to be generated on-the-fly for every property
2. You can attach your own PDF details to each property

The PDF's can be displayed on your website and will be sent to Rightmove and any other portals that support this feature.

It's a really good way to stand out from your competitors.

Domus Mobile

It's now more important than ever to be able to differentiate yourself from your competitors. Domus has just released new features to allow you to do just that.

Domus Mobile is a special version of Domus which you can access from any web-enabled phone.

• View your diary on your phone
• Find applicants and phone them by clicking on their number
• Find any property and show the photos to an applicant
• Match applicants to the property during a valuation and show them to the vendor. Then email the matching applicants as the vendor watches!

Putting Properties on the (Google) Map

Domus have just added a new feature to our estate agency websites, map-based search using Google Maps.

Most estate agency websites have a property search facility and some even include a map-based search. The problem is that most of them end up causing more hindrance than help because they're badly designed, cluttered and slow to use.

Domus looked at all the good map-based searches, including Google Local and Yell, and designed a comparable solution for estate agents.

The new map search is designed to be clean and fast and avoid the clutter of other solutions. We can also add individual maps to property details and branch contact pages to provide a complete mapping solution for estate agency websites.
