Easily Manage Your Sale Chains

We have just added some great new features:

1. New sale chain features allow you to manage the chain for a property sale - see the Chain tab on a Property Sale
2. Offer Pipeline report has been renamed to Sale Pipeline and uses sale data instead of offer data
3. Sold Properties report has been renamed to Completed Sales and uses sale data instead of offer data
4. New Decline and Withdraw actions for Offers
5. Offers and Property Sales now have a currency code
6. Easy navigation between linked Offers and Property Sales
7. Domus Starter now allows only one person to be signed in
8. New set of icons with flat design

Many of these new features have been based on feedback received from Domus users so we'd like to thank everyone who contributed. If you have any ideas or you'd like to see what others have suggested, please take a look at the Feature Requests page.

Hi Caroline

* Re Property Sale Chain - I think you need to add a field for 'Vendor name' alongside or above 'Property address' and an option to say end of chain.

Hi, you should be able to add the SOLICITORS details as well and also have a NOTES box to add your comments on. It would be very very useful. I currently adapt what you have on DOMUS and get around that way but not ideal. thank you

I think it needs sales progression pipeline, when a sale is agreed it needs diffrent stages unless I am missing something as I adjust trailing it at the moment

I would like an 'Increased' action for Offers as well as 'Decline' and 'Withdrawn', Ideally make the writing faint on all these actions so you can clearly see which offers are still 'Pending'.
