As you may know, the Consumer Rights Act has made it a legal requirement for all lettings agents in England to display details of all fees and charges on websites and in offices from Wednesday 27 May 2015.
You can do this by making sure you add the description of relevant fees in the Letting Admin Fees box when you edit a property. All fee descriptions will be sent to the portals and can be added to your website upon request.
