NOT SECURE message on Domus site

A "Not secure" message is appearing on our Domus website in the address bar. A few customers of our customers have mentioned this and I am concerned that it is effecting traffic to our site. I am informed that implementing 'SSL' is what is needed to add https to web addresses. Maybe this could be researched and a solution implemented?

I believe this site has been showing as 'not secure' for some time now. We have raised this concern with domus a while ago, but haven't heard back.
