Client information on property call outs

When doing call outs for a property, it is quite difficult to track who you have called already and which property you have linked that call to. Does anyone have a tactic that they like to use to track who they have called regarding multiple properties without having to go into the clients full profile and adjusting there personal notes every time you make a call to them?

e-mails are easily tracked by the "Match history" tab which is great, but is there a way we can do it for calls as well?

just an idea.

Good idea. I use an external hard drive but would be good to have something like the match history to go back to and track calls and jobs completed /paid

Hello, thanks for the idea.

We have had a suggestion to have an applicant call list so you can quickly call applicants and update their notes without having to click into each one.

Would that help solve the problem?

Applicant call list sounds good. Some sort of colour coding would help. Red for hot applicants green for NOM local etc, so you could see at a glance who you wanted to ring, and who you could just e-mail.

yes that would help quite substantially! definitely need something along those lines so we can track who we have called in regards to which property and what their feedback was.
