We are using the diary for 3 us in the office. Often we have more than one of us attending a meeting/appointment how to we add others to the appointment without having to type everything in again.

This has already been added as a Feature Request.
Please go to the Community page, click All Feature Requests and search for 'Assign events to multiple users'.
