Using the Zoopla Real-Time Datafeed
The Zoopla Real Time datafeed allows you to update your property data on Zoopla in real time.
New Property
If you put a property onto the market, it will be sent immediately to Zoopla. Zoopla will then process it and add it to the site (this may take anything from a few minutes to an hour).
You can check if a property has been successfully added by clicking on the Zoopla Link which will appear on the property page.
Update a Property
If you make a change to a property, it will be sent immediately to Zoopla. Zoopla will then process it and add it to the site (this may take anything from a few minutes to an hour).
A change might include:
- Updating the property e.g. number of beds or the description
- Adding, editing, moving or deleting a room
- Adding, editing, moving or deleting a photo
- Adding, editing, moving or deleting a floorplan
- Adding or removing a PDF
You can check if a property has been successfully updated by clicking on the Zoopla Link on the property page.
Remove a Property
A property can be removed in two ways, by the user or automatically.
- If you take a property off the market, it will be removed from Zoopla.
- If a property on the market period expires, it will be removed from Zoopla overnight on the date that it comes off the market.
Realtime Datafeed Log
Every attempt to create, update and remove a property will be logged in the Portal Realtime Datafeed log.
You can see the log by going to Admin, Portal Realtime Datafeed.

Real time Branch Email Leads
These are not yet supported in Domus, but we are looking to implement this soon.
Setup the Feed
You can setup the Realtime Datafeed by going to Admin, Portals.
You should also contact your Zoopla account manager so that they can configure your Zoopla account to accept a feed from Domus.
Differences with the Nightly Feed
The Zoopla real time feed works differently to the nightly feed so not all of the data that was sent in the nightly feed is supported. For example, the number of property types is limited by Zoopla so any unsupported property types that we send through will shows as 'property'. This includes property types like house_share so rooms to rent will not display properly on Zoopla.
