How to I track the number of new applicants?
You can track your new applicants by month and branch by using the Reports section available in Domus Pro.
For sales applicants go to Sales, Reports, Applicants By Month and for letting applicants go to Letting, Reports, Applicants By Month.
There are also other reports which enable you to develop new insight into your business.
You can use the metrics in these reports to both measure past performance and guide future business planning.
- Applicants - applicants registered by month and branch
- Viewings - viewings by month, branch and outcome
- Valuations - valuations by month and branch
- Offers - offers by month and branch
- Property Sales - completed and fallen through property sales by month and branch
- Negotiator Statistics - monitor and compare performance statistics such as new applicants, viewings, offers and valuations
