How do I send clients their login details?
You can send clients their login details by email from their customer record.
- Find the customer and go into their customer record
- Click on the Manage Online Account button
- Click on the Send Login Details button
- An email will be sent to the customer with their login details
The system will generate a random password when you first send them their login details and then they can login using their email address and that password.
Your clients can change their password by logging in and clicking on the Account section. If they forget their password, they can reset their own password from the client login page.
