How do I create an Assured Shorthold Tenancy agreement?
You can quickly produce tenanct agreements based on the templates you have setup. This one-click process will merge the template and the tenancy information to produce a document which you can then print and get the tenant to sign.
- Find the tenancy through the Tenancies list under the 'Letting' tab
- Click on the 'Documents' tab
- Select the relevant tenancy agreement from the drop down list and save it
- The document will appear in the list
Click on the document name to edit the document or the 'Preview' icon to create a printable version.
