How do I follow up a viewing?

We have changed the way you follow up viewings.

Viewings are now automatically marked as awaiting follow up and you can see a list of all viewings awaiting follow up by going to Diary, Follow Ups.

Once you've followed up the viewing, you can record an outcome such as Made Offer or Requested More Info.

Recording the outcome will remove the event from the list of viewings awaiting follow up.

Domus Pro users can show viewing outcomes to vendors/landlords in the client login section and have a new Viewings by Outcome report.
