How do I create a tenancy?

A tenancy links an applicant and a property and allow you to record the tenancy information, produce standard documents like an AST and generate reminders.

1. Ensure you have added the landlord and property - View Tutorial
2. Ensure you have added the applicant - View Tutorial
3. Locate the applicant who is starting the tenancy
4. Click the 'Tenancies' tab from within the applicant
5. Click 'add tenancy' and select the property from the list
6. Fill in the details and save the tenancy

Note: if the property does not appear in the initial list when selecting the property just change the filters at the top to find the property.
